While installing jasperserver (TIB_js-jrs-cp_7.8.0_win_x86_64), you will be getting the below error. This is the reason for “Apache Tomcat 8.5 jasperreportsTomcat” started as Local Service in Windows Services.

Please change into Local Administrator and enter the password, re-start the service, it will be working fine.
